All of our sweets have a shelf life of at least 6 months if kept unopened in a cool dry place.

Am I able to cancel or amend my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to cancel or amend your order before it’s picked and sent out.

My order is damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We are so sorry your order hasn’t reached you in the condition you would expect. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. If you could include some images showing the problem we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipments are processed the same day for orders received before 2.00pm (GMT) from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Do you offer international delivery?

We don’t offer International delivery at the moment

Can your packaging be recycled?

We have worked hard to ensure all of our packaging is recyclable from the pouches, jars and boxes to the outer delivery box and packaging to keep your order safe.

Where is my order?

All of our deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 48 service and is usually despatched the day you place the order of the order is placed before 12. It usually takes 2-4 days. Royal Mail advise that 95% of parcels arrive within 2-3 days, with the remaining parcels arriving the next working day.

We provide you with a tracking number if you have selected Next working Day in which you can check your delivery within the Royal Mail portal but unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for delays on behalf of Royal Mail.
